And i doubt they have changed them even in the newest 1.5.actually, it used a function from zone, it just on normal zone, that function is not being used, but the function itself (path search) is working. In fact the shaders are so out of date (oldest is from dx8 era -_-). My guess is that when they ripped the models from the planet wars/space version that was cancelled, they didnt clean them up and original rf engine doesn't work with them. Shaders are in the system folder - but most are compiled versions so no good when it comes to editing them. Material editor is quite powerful - however need to keep in mind that rf doesn't use anything but plain texture, no spec, normal, diffuse etc maps (even tho many mesh08 models have them). The collisions should be in the bsp as everything else for the maps is - that's why server side got those too. It works in rv shield since he injects custom code into it - but by default its broken.
